(Catering) Catering applicants to have 'more choice' in training

Those jobseekers hoping to enter the catering profession will now be able to undertake improved apprenticeships in food and drink manufacturing.Improve, the Sector Skills Council, is embarking on a major campaign to enhance the programmes, to make them "more attractive and accessible to a much wider range of employees".
