(IT) Australian IT careers 'face new changes'

The career ladder for those in the IT sector is currently in a state of flux, according to one analyst. Writing on the Computerworld website, Ellen Fanning states that there is no longer a "straight path" to the top of the industry and people instead follow a "career path that zigzags from business to IT and back again".
